Dye Sublimation Printing

1. No Minimum Order

Because the picture design is digitized by a computer application, dye sublimation requires relatively little initial setup. In addition, the computer will measure and mix the dyes for the real design picture, which will be generated on transfer paper and applied with heat transfer technology. Dye Sublimation has no minimum order requirements and produces a highly detailed, vibrant print picture.

2. Intricate Designs

Dye Sublimation printing makes use of some of the same ink-jet printing technologies seen in today’s photographic printers. The images produced by sublimation printers include a lot of delicate details and fantastic coloration. When image details are important, we prefer Dye Sublimation.

3. Long Lasting Designs

Dye Sublimation printing is extremely durable. Its longevity is owing to the fact that the design ink is incorporated into the fibers of the garment. Dye sublimation not only lasts a long time, but it also feels “soft” and “natural” since the ink is infused into the garment fibers rather than being applied on top of them.
